Telepaws is a medical start-up built on the belief that veterinary care can be improved through partial digitalization. As a new business, they needed a voice and visual presence that felt bold, trustworthy, and professional, one that could cut through the noise and reach the desired audience.

We stepped in as marketing coordinators for their in-house team, working side by side to define Telepaws’ direction, services and future journey. Once our goal was clear: to educate and bring awareness regarding tele-medicine, we did a variety of actions to support it, from awareness campaigns, convincing visual materials and even brand actions at high-visibility events like TIFF or Sports Event. To us, one of the most valuable parts was talking directly with potential users and then proposing ways to evolve and improve the service based on their real needs.
