Client’s Challenge
Trust & Care is a brand built around helping leaders grow through coaching, mentoring, leadership and organizational learning programmes. The challenge was to present it as an investment for leaders and teams' growth and self-discovery, while also spreading light on the available programmes such as Collective Shift and Building Mentors. We needed to help Trust & Care embody a brand based on patience, empathy, curiosity and most of all - the experience of being human, one that communicates like a wise educator that leaders could find themselves in and trust.

Our collab started with a 4-hour in-depth discussion with Corina and Diana, the founders of this brand. Together, we defined what Trust&Care is and what isn't, what determined them to unite their expertise, and what impact they will bring to local and international leaders. We found out Trust&Care was based on a wider methodology, and from there we understood our competition and how to build a different voice. That included clarifying what the brand stands for, how its services relate to one another, and how abstract concepts like collective intelligence, leadership identity, and transformational learning can be translated into concrete value for the audience. From there, we rebuilt with care: the website's structure and copy, the direction and pillars for social media, and a broader content strategy that would support newsletters, articles, webinars, and future program launches.

RESULTS
We created a brand foundation that is currently showcased on Trust's website, social media pages and across their workshops, one with a conceptual, empathic and introspective voice. In practical terms, the project helped transform a complex and relational offer into a clearer, more mature brand presence with a stronger sense of direction.
