Client’s Challenge

Client’s Challenge

Oombla is a Cluj-Napoca travel agency with a solid brand foundations. Their identity, both conceptual and visual, captures exactly what they offer: international trips to exotic destinations and a travel experience that stands out. As we know, a brand lives in two places at once (offline and online), yet the two don't always match. The usual case is a business promising online what it can't deliver in person. Oombla's situation was the opposite: everything worked beautifully offline, but the website didn't reflect the quality they actually delivered. The visual identity from their brochures and flyers wasn't fully carried across, and the language and visuals didn't support the premium positioning they were aiming for.

Our Solution

Our Solution

We started with the website. Looking into it, we found the main issue: the old platform was a custom CMS the team couldn't easily update on their own, so even small changes meant waiting on a developer. We moved them to Framer and set it up so the team could add and edit everything quickly, by themselves. Then we came back to the brand. A discovery session confirmed that the offline identity was already coherent and exactly what the client wanted, so we didn't need to reinvent it, just bring the online up to the same level. From there, we handled wireframing, design, content, and implementation, keeping the team in the loop the whole way. Take a look at our results!
