We brought our strategic perspective to the table by developing a comprehensive marketing plan for the current year. Our colleague Mădălina, who now leads the in-house marketing team at UCMS, oversees all marketing operations, from marketing strategy and campaign planning to partner collaborations, while also offering consultation and mentorship. Additionally, we contribute with creative support by delivering design assets for both social media and the company website.
