Booking Vacanțe is a new travel agency from Cluj-Napoca, entering the market without any previous online exposure. As the tourism industry already has strong competitors in Romania, the client knew they needed a distinctive brand and a clear strategy to stand out. What they needed was a long-term partner who could connect their offers and services with consistent, coherent and impactful online actions.

Booking Vacanțe is a new travel agency from Cluj-Napoca, entering the market without any previous online exposure. As the tourism industry already has strong competitors in Romania, the client knew they needed a distinctive brand and a clear strategy to stand out. What they needed was a long-term partner who could connect their offers and services with consistent, coherent and impactful online actions.

We started from scratch: we studied the tourism market, the competitors and the promises people respond to most. From there, we built a brand manual with visual and messaging elements that stayed consistent across all channels. To help people connect with the brand, we built the visual direction around retro, youthful imagery, supported by simple and powerful texts that brings back the feeling of that one vacation you cannot wait to experience again. We then built the website, did a rebranding of the offline store to align with our new vision, and had multiple offline activations to bring more visibility. Now we are the extended support of the sales department: we launch Google Ads, then contact the generated leads and help them book their vacations. Whenever needed, we adjust the sales strategy to remain relevant for the potential customers.
