Moorlife Romania is powered by a centralized eCommerce platform that has already processed 2,036+ orders, supported 448 registered users, managed 381 products, and handled over 1.22 million LEI in order value. The system brings order management, consultant administration, promotions, product data, and customer operations into one environment, giving the business a scalable base for growth and daily execution.

What Moorlife needed

Moorlife needed a platform that could carry the business as it grew in Romania. Orders, products, promotions, consultants, customer data:  all of it had to sit in the same operational flow, with enough structure to keep the team moving quickly and enough control to keep the system clean as volume increased. 

The project was about building a setup that could support daily operations, give the team clear visibility, and create a technical base that could grow with the business.

What had to change

The focus was on building a system that could scale with clarity. Administration needed to be centralized, deployments needed to stay controlled, and the infrastructure needed to stay stable as more services and more activity came into play.

We also wanted to give the team a setup that felt manageable in real use. That meant better visibility into the platform, a more reliable path from code to production, and a monitoring layer that made the stack easier to understand day to day.

How the ecosystem was built

The solution was built with Laravel, Filament, WordPress, Docker, and DigitalOcean. Laravel and Filament power the administration side, while WordPress handles the public website. The production environment is containerized, segmented, and routed through NGINX, with SSL termination and secure HTTPS routing in place.

We also added Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki so the team could follow metrics, logs, and production behavior in one place. That made the platform easier to operate and gave the team a clearer picture of what was happening behind the scenes.

The hard parts

The main challenge was coordination. The platform combines multiple layers, multiple services, and multiple responsibilities, so the architecture had to keep everything aligned while still feeling straightforward to run. Extensibility was part of the same picture. Moorlife had to support what the business was doing now, while still leaving room for new workflows, more traffic, and a broader operational load later on.

What changed in the end

The final setup gave Moorlife a centralized administration layer, a cleaner deployment flow, and a more stable production environment. It also improved visibility across the stack, which made incident detection and intervention faster.

Just as important, the platform reduced the amount of routine operational overhead around the site. The team now works inside a structure that supports growth, keeps the system organized, and leaves more room for actual business activity.
